Why is there a delay in loading the map in the "Marine Charts" & "Route Planning" pages?
When you first access the "Marine Charts" & "Trip Planning" pages, a little delay in viewing the map in the frame is attributed to initial loading & rendering of images for Flash Map display.

Why do I see the Adobe Flash Player Message ("A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly..") sometimes when loading the maps in the "Marine Charts" & "Trip Planning" tools? What do I do now?
According to Adobe the message is attributed to the fact that the Flash Application on your desktop could not load the required information within 15 sec response time and timed out. This can happen in one or combination of the following cases a) slow internet connection b) dropped internet connection c) client desktop running low on memory d) slow response from the server e) rarely seen when user initiates series of zoom or pan actions before the last zoom or pan has completely refreshed the charts image on user desktop.
What do you do when you see the message -> Click on "Yes" to close the current Flash/browser session and refresh your browser page. If this happens more than once then please restart your internet browser and confirm fast internet connectivity. .
